The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) will be on our Elementary and High School campuses Wednesday, October 25, 2023 to provide flu vaccines to staff and students. Consent forms to receive the vaccine are available for pick up in the office at the High School. Elementary students can request forms from their classroom teacher or parents can request a form via Dojo. The form must be completed in full for your child to receive the vaccine. Please return completed forms to the Nurse.
